A Nashville-based Chelsea fan Nathaniel, who recently recovered from cancer, broke down in tears after getting a special message from Blues defender Levi Colwill. Nathaniel is part of the 'Music City Blues' – a Chelsea fan group based in Middle Tennessee.

WHAT THE FAN SAID
Speaking to , Nathaniel shared his life story as he said: "I was diagnosed with cancer in 2012 and 'Make a Wish' contacted me and granted me a wish. I threw around the idea to go to London to meet Chelsea and I got to do it."

Blues star Colwill shared a heartwarming message for Nathaniel as he said: "Hi Nathaniel, I just wanna share a quick message to say we are really inspired by your story. We want to send out a small gift to you in Nashville this weekend, and we'd love to invite you to come and meet us on our pre-season tour. See you soon, mate."
